Unforgettable 25-year company anniversary

Day 1:

Arrival

25 years Borgel Elementbau – that called for an extraordinary anniversary celebration in unique locations in Amsterdam. The 127-strong team arrived by privately organised bus transfer from their headquarters in Germany directly to the centre of Amsterdam. We made sure to reserve sufficient private parking spots in walking distance to their hotel to ensure maximale comfort.

Upon arrival in Amsterdam, the team was personally greated by our event manager and our hosts who accompanied the group to their beautiful 5-star hotel in the heart of our canal city. A private luggage transport ensured smooth operations and a carefree arrival at the hotel. Our event manages supervised and aided with the check-in process to enable for a quick and efficient allocation of rooms.

Glamorous gala evening in a unique location with a historical twist

One highlight of the first evening was the luxurious canal cruise, which took all guests directly to the private jetty of their exclusive evening location. Typical Dutch snacks and drinks were served during the 2-hour trip. Meanwhile, our hosts created a great atmosphere en route and shared the most exciting facts about the history, culture and architecture of our canal city.

The group requested a truly spectacular location for their celebration, so we chose a converted high-end event space which formerly served as a church. The old chapel with its beautiful frescoes and ornaments, which is exclusively used for events, is correspondingly impressive. The unique gallery, which towers over the ground floor like an open first floor and thus forms another event space, is particularly special and created the ideal spatial separation between dinner and consecutive festivities.

After a champagne reception with live-music by an acoustic trio, the group enjoyed a selected 3-course-menu with corresponding drinks package. Between the courses, the organisers honoured their 25 years of company achievements with personalised speeches. As a highlight, we surprised the team with a suitable entertainer before dessert. After dinner, the team moved to the gallery upstairs to enjoy their well-deserved party including private DJ. To ensure comfort and efficiency, the return transport via minibuses was personally coordinated by our event managers.

Day 2:

Teambuilding activities

To meet the individual tastes of all guests, we worked out an individual day programme for Saturday. The guests were given a choice of cultural city centre tour, informative red light tour, Anne Frank tour through the Jewish quarter, cultural food tour, tour through the Jordaan district with its picturesque courtyards and gardens, Rijksmuseum / Van Gogh museum tours and a visit to a typical local market.

As we are planning and running all our programmes 100% in-house, we can always guarantee quality and variety – in multiple languages.

Modern dinner with an industrial flair

Our support is always part of the package. Hence, our hosts personally picked up the group at their hotel for an evening stroll to their private dinner location in Amsterdam Noord. The highlight here was the ferry trip at sunset which set a beautiful and relaxed vibe straight away. The Borgel team then enjoyed a convivial 3-course meal in the pleasant atmosphere of the privately rented modern-industrial dinner location. The return transport was coordinated with special minibuses, which enabled the group to return directly to the hotel without any complications despite the challenging transport regulations in Amsterdam.

Special requests: Did it happen, if you didn’t capture it? We certainly don’t want to leave you doubting! For an extra special touch, we organised a team of private videographers to accompany the group during their anniversary weekend and capture all those unforgettable memories.
