In September 2025, WTS Advisory traveled to Amsterdam for a team offsite event. For the group of 110 people, we organized a coordinated 2-day program that offered a balanced combination of meetings and cultural experiences.
A special highlight was the exclusive evening event at a unique location, including dinner, a keynote presentation, and a party with a private DJ.
The 2-Day Program
Offsite Amsterdam: Teambuilding with Company Goals
Day 1 was planned as a meeting day with early arrival, several presentations, workshops, and lunch at a stylish 4-star meeting hotel in Amsterdam Oost. For a simple evening program, the group opted for a 5-course walking dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.
The second day started with a short walk to the boat dock. From there, a special team activity began: a canal clean-up with a competitive element. Participants collected waste from the canals together, actively contributing to environmental protection in Amsterdam.
The boat tour ended at a privately booked dock near the lunch restaurant in the city center. At a beautiful waterfront location, the group enjoyed lunch. For dessert, a cultural tasting tour through Dutch cuisine followed, combined with insights into the history and architecture of Amsterdam.
3-Course Dinner with Party and Private DJ in an Exclusive Location
In the evening, the main highlight of the event took place: an exclusive event at a special venue. The evening began with a champagne reception and amuse, followed by a coordinated 3-course menu with matching cocktails.
A keynote presentation marked the central program point before the evening transitioned into a party with a private DJ. In addition, we organized the award ceremony for the canal clean-up, providing a meaningful and personal closing to the team offsite.
